The third concern on my personal development plan is my spelling and grammar, as i have dyslexia i find it hard to spell and i ind it difficult to know where the correct grammar goes. This is important for my job as when i am reading and marking work i need to know if it is correct or not, if i am writing letters that get sent home to the students they all need to be correct.

I started to proof read throughout all my work and getting English teachers at my college to help me with learning where the correct grammar goes, this helped me a lot as it helped me understand grammar more and where it should go and what it means.

i started to take practice spelling tests i got given words to revise then i got a friend to test me on and mark me on it, then they gave me more spellings to learn until i started to get them all correct, then i started to grammar test for example i had to read throughout past exam papers to spot where spelling mistakes and grammar mistakes are and then correct them.
